Bereits seit der Bandgründung 1997 belegen sich BIG BAD SHAKIN' die Brötchen stets mit dicken Aufschnittscheiben: Scharf gewürztes Piano, deftiges Gitarrengebratze, delikates Schlagzeuggerumpel, pikantes Bass-wummern, altes Kettenfett im Haupthaar - das ist ihre Welt, die Welt des Rockin' Cartoon Pop. In England sind BIG BAD SHAKIN' seit Jahren gern gesehene Exoten auf Festivals, sie touren Deutschland rauf und runter und begeistern kühle Skandinavier mit ihren Songs, die zumeist der eigenen Feder entstammen. Tommy Remm, Produzent der Chart-Topper Jeanette Biedermann, Texas Lightning und Marc Terenzi produzierte 2008 mit den vier Shakern ihre neue Scheibe "King". Der Name ist Programm.
